360 iT was founded in the beginning of 2011 by Shawn Thompson. Mr. Thompson has several technical certifications and a computer and electronics engineering technology degree. He has a very old school business mindset that he instills in the company's staff. Mr. Thompson founded 360 iT on the idea of helping small businesses grow and growing with them. He believes that now is the time for small businesses to rise and wants to do everything to help make that happen!
Our Mission
To provide excellent customer service and exceed employer to employee relations. We want to change customers and employee's perspective on business as usual. Here at 360 iT we want the customer to be just as comfortable with us as we are with iT. We plan on doing this by maintaining a friendly staff that is both knowledgeable and dedicated to both the customer and the project at hand. 360 iT promises to never lose the small business mentality and forget how to treat our customer's right. We will maintain employee training on a weekly basis to retain a competitive edge in the market. If our customers are not happy with any services that have been provided then we will do our best to fix those problems. Our goal is to build a relationship between our clients and to help them grow as we grow. We promise to do everything we can to keep our clients happy and to dedicate all the time necessary to complete projects by a timely efficient manner.
